Pharmadel have a network of vehicles, ranging from vans to articulated trucks in place to service your customers needs. Our modern fleet is fitted out and maintained to the highest standards and are equipped to carry ambient and cold chain products.

Pharmadel can handle all of your needs, from beauty products to over the counter medicines to live vaccines across a range of temperatures. All Pharmadel personnel have been trained to the highest standards in Health & Safety, Customer Service and Good Distribution Practice. Our continuous training programme ensures that they are always kept up to date with any changes in legislation or best practice.

We in Pharmadel believe that customer service is everything; we believe that when a member of our team delivers your product to your customer he is not just representing Pharmadel but your Company also. We never compromise on service.

At Pharmadel we also believe in transparency, we are confident in the service we provide but we also feel that it is important that you, our customer, is equally confident in our service and that it is not always good enough for you just to take our word for it. To this end we have installed SEVEN EYE into all of our vehicles. SEVEN EYE is a web based tracking system which not only tracks the location of a vehicle but also tracks the temperature. This is extremely useful for monitoring temperature sensitive products especially vaccines. Pharmadel can provide you with access to the data related to your deliveries through a password / log in facility. You can log in “live” to check on the progress of a particular delivery or you can produce reports as and when you might need them..
